Do I have to pay sales tax?

Wing and a Prayer Angelic Creations, Inc. is required by Federal law to collect state sales tax on merchandise shipped to states where sales tax is applicable. We will calculate state tax, if any, and add it to your order. Sales tax applies to merchandise only.

Can I pay by check or money order?

Yes. Simply download a Fax Order Form mail it in with the check to:

Please include your day and evening phone numbers in all correspondence. We will not ship your order until the funds have cleared our bank. This usually takes 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for this reason.

In stock items ship within 24 hours of your order confirmation.

How do I order?

There are three ways to order.

1) Order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

How and Where do you ship?

Merchandise is shipped USPS, UPS or common carrier, based on total shipping weight and destination. Charges will be calculated at check out. Freight delivery is not available outside the USA. Shipping of oversized and bulky items requires an additional freight charges.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. Volume discount sales and reseller orders are handled through our Corporate Sales division. For information on wholesale ordering requirements and pricing, please click on the Wholesale Customer link and register from there. Once we verify your status as a wholesale buyer, we will notify you by email. You may then return and login as a wholesale buyer where you will shop at wholesale prices. Please note that the minimum orders are $250 and reorders are $100.

How long will my order take to arrive including processing and shipping?

Please note that major holidays (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day) our shipping cutoffs and processing times may change. If you would like your order to arrive in time for any of these dates, please check the processing and shipping details on the individual product pages for desired arrival dates.

I'm having problems checking out. What should I do?

WPangels.com uses the highest levels of credit card authorization security. This means that your credit card billing name and address information must exactly match the information your credit card issuing bank has on record.

Corporate credit cards also must match exactly. Please email CustomerSerivce@WPangels.com if you receive any error messages or have any problems checking out.

IMPORTANT: Please do not repeatedly enter the same, non-matching address info because the credit card processing system places temporary holds against your card for the purchase amount each and every time!

If you receive an "AVS Mismatch" error, please contact your card issuing bank to verify your billing address of record.

Is it safe for me to use my credit card? Is your site secure?

Yes. Our site is equipped with Secure Socket Layer technology. If you access the Wing and A Prayer site using a secure browser such as Netscape or Internet Explorer, the personal data you send us (name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by Wing and A Prayer Angelic Creations.

As we mentioned above, your personal information is never at risk. When you enter the shopping cart area of our website, you will see the secure lock symbol and https in the URL section of your browser. SSL is short for secure socket layer, a protocol developed for transmitting private documents via the Internet.

For your added security, Wing and A Prayer requires the highest levels of card authorization information including complete address verification on all credit card transactions.

What are your shipping and handling policies?

All orders are promptly processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt on business days directly from Wing and A Prayer's warehouse located north of Chicago, Illinois.

Please note that all items ordered are not necessarily shipped together.

Delivery is dependent on the shipping service you select. UPS requires a physical address and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. Orders sent to PO Boxes ship via USPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation and take longer to arrive.

Do you ship to Canada or other foreign countries?

No. Sorry, Wing and A Prayer does not ship to foreign countries. (Canada, UK, European Countries, Australia, Japan, etc.) due to long delivery times, enormous shipping costs, international Customs hassles and duties. We do not accept credit cards issued from non-US banks.

Does Wing and A Prayer offer a print catalog?

Wing and A Prayer no longer offers a printed catalog because our online store's inventory constantly changes. Product information at WPangels.com is updated on an ongoing basis.
